What is Career Purpose Clarity?
This 4 week cohort-based training focuses on meaningful work, career clarity, and self-leadership. The curricula is designed to accelerate deep self-awareness, clarify desired career growth, and focus career building through personal insights of who you are by design, by experience, and by intention.
The training and applications are rooted in classical, progressive, and interactionist leadership theory to deepen self-leadership and generate personal insights. The aim is to free people from the constraints they were unaware of, create clarity of motivation, and help direct energy and attention to what's personally meaningful in your career. The goal is not to just acquire knowledge, but to be challenged and encouraged with personal insights for leading yourself and others.

He's trained at Fortune 500 and Fortune 50 companies, guest lectured at multiple Universities, and led University sponsored Career Innovation Workshops. His personal journey and professional experience has influenced his approach to emphasize personalization and practical application.
